The place is cosy and exceptionally clean, everything is very good, it should have higher than 3 star rating.

staff and location were very good, i enjoyed that.

I liked almost every detail, including wonderful staff and location. The breakfast offered cereals, muffins and cookies, was with great selections Newly updated.

I liked very convenience location and the good service of the team. They made my stay peaceful. The hotel was near the sandy beach. I was offered beers and wines at the pool-bar. The pool was lovely and the views where panoramic.

The reception was cute and neat.

We loved staying here, the breakfast was light. Room was immaculate, impeccable. Beachfront location, not very far from first presbyterian church. Not the cheapest one but good value.

The staff was attentive, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Fashionable and brand-new units with jacuzzi.

Abundant breakfast and funny staff for incredible stay. The room was functional and beds were super perfect. Special service, small restaurant on site. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby. An amazing beach, outstanding view...

Check in was easy, I liked wonderful location and beautifully maintained rooms. Polite staff who provided an exceptional stay. Reasonably clean and incredibly helpful hotel in Downtown Niagara Falls district. Very close to the falls, many attractions, the state park where you can walk up close to the falls. Exemplary services were available.

fantastic base for a 2-night stay. family hotel in niagara falls.

planned to see niagara falls major attractions and it was amazing base for visiting all of them. a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were in the queen room. scrambled eggs and hot waffles provided.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here and recommend. Wanted to explore Niagara Falls and this hotel was right place for doing it. Booked the room for US$ 89...

Touristic places like fallsview indoor waterpark were so close to our hotel. Third Street Retreat was 15 mins walk away. We liked staying at hampton inn niagara falls. Downtown Niagara Falls district was worth visiting.

We found fruit and fresh fruit to be very complimentary. Within a walking distance of fallsview indoor waterpark. Downtown Niagara Falls district won't disappoint you. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available.

The staff are great, everyone. Chilled-out base for a city break in Niagara Falls! We loved beautiful views. Nice breakfast selection...
